Community Benefit Opportunities
The Mount Fox Energy Park Community Benefit Fund will support initiatives driven by the communities needs to provide a positive legacy across the region.
Once both stages of the project have been constructed the Community Benefit Fund will total over $120,000 annually, with grants assessed and administered by a diverse board of community representatives, led by an independent Chair.
The Community Benefit Fund will be launched once the project reaches Financial Close, then continue throughout construction and the life of the project (30+ years).
In addition to the Community Benefit Fund, a Community Electricity Offset Scheme will be made available to qualifying households in the Mount Fox community to assist in offsetting the electricity bills of Mt Fox residents each year.

Ecology
Mount Fox Energy Park is committed to ensuring a net positive result to affected ecologies within the project area.
To facilitate this commitment the project Ecology Benefit Fund of up to $62, 000 will support initiatives driven by ecology experts and not for profit organisations to provide a positive biodiversity legacy across the region.

Community
Are you a local? Have you got an idea or a dream to bring to life around Mt Fox?
MFEP will provide up to $124, 000 annually in a Community Benefit Fund. The fund will support community initiatives to provide a positive legacy across the region. Funding to be determined by a Community Reference Group to be established closer to construction. If you are interested or have an idea for an initiative the fund could sponsor, please contact Mount Fox Energy Park.
